The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy (GTCU) is to provide a legal framework for the terms and conditions under which the “10 minutos con Jesús” application (10 minutos con Jesús, 10 minutes with Jesus, 10 minutes avec Jésus, 10 minutos com Jesus, 10 minuten mit Jesus) is made available, and to define the conditions of access to and use of this service by the User.

These GTCU are accessible on the application under the heading “Condiciones de uso” / “Terms and conditions” / “Conditions d’utilisation” / “Condiçoes de utilização” / “Nutzungsbedingungen” as well as on the website 10minuteswithjesus.org

Any use of the application implies the User’s unreserved and unrestricted acceptance of these GTCU.

In the event of non-acceptance of the GTCU stipulated in this contract, the User must renounce access to the services offered.

The “10 minutes with Jesus” application reserves the right to unilaterally modify the content of these GTCU at any time.

Access to the app

The “10 minutos con Jesús” application gives the User free access to the following services: Listening to and saving recordings of meditations to encourage personal prayer.

The application is accessible free of charge from any location to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User in accessing the service (hardware, software, internet connection, etc.) are at the User’s expense.

10 minutes with Jesus shall not be held liable for any event due to force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the application or server, subject to any interruption or modification in the event of maintenance. In such cases, the User has no recourse against the publisher due to an interruption or suspension of service, even without notice.
